General‣ If my commissions are closed, please don't be pushy and demand I take your commission. This includes sending me payments while my commissions are closed.
‣ I have the right to refuse a commission for any reason.
‣ Do not ask me daily for updates, I do not work on commissions daily. I take days off like anyone else with a job.
‣ Wait times vary depending on the work I am doing. A sketch can take a few hours to a day depending on size and complexity, but fully rendered works can take days if not a couple weeks to finish.
‣ By submitting a commission form, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service. Failure to follow my TOS will result in a refund (full or partial depending on what I have finished) and blacklisted from commissioning me again.

I Will Not‣ I don't accept written descriptions, please have one or more visual references ready!
‣ Do any stolen designs.
‣ Designs with nudity or sensitive content if you're under the age of 18. I will ask for proof of age if you try to commission these.
‣ Do themes with drug use, underage, war scenes, political and other upsetting topics/themes.

Payment‣ Payment is required before I start the piece. No buts.
‣ Payment is in USD and accepted via PayPal, Zelle or CashApp.
‣ If you need me to rush the commission, there is a $50 rush fee but this will put you at the top of my queue.
‣ You have 48 hours from the time I accept to work on your commission to send payment.
‣ If I am halfway done with your commission and you need me to change something major (pose or person), I will ask for an extra $20-$40 depending on how much I have finished. Major corrections cause me to basically start over, which is time wasted, materials used and has already taxed my wrist.
‣ I can design DnD characters, but it is $30. This includes everything from elves to catfolk.
‣ If you would like to use one of my designs or commission a design for merch (shirts, cups, posters, etc.), message me and we can talk about it.
‣ If you charge back payment, trace, steal, resell my work, use my work for NFTs or put my work in AI programs; you will be blacklisted from commissioning me again and blocked on all socials.

Refunds‣ I have the right to cancel and refund a commission at any time, for any reason.
‣ If you cancel a commission I have started, you will receive a partial refund based on how much I have finished. Example, if I have finished half of it, you will only get refunded half the cost of the commission.
‣ No refunds after a commission is finished.

Rights and Credits‣ You're allowed to post my work on your socials, so long as you provide credit. Credit includes linking to my Facebook, LinkedIn or this Carrd.
‣ Unless it is in writing, you are not allowed to use my work for profit. We can work out a deal for commercial work.
‣ If you bought a character design from me, you're allowed to change any and every aspect of that character. Just please don't trace over my work to do it.
‣ If you want to resell a character I designed for you, you can but please give credit to me for the design (Facebook, LinkedIn or this Carrd).
‣NONE of my work is to be sold as an NFT or put into AI programs.

Communication‣ If you have a question, feel free to ask.
‣ If there is something minor you want changed (ex. color correction), just ask.
‣ You can message while offline and I will get back to you when I can.
